To begin a remote support session, please call us at 905 560 6400 to set up a session with one of our technicians. Once the technician is available, he will ask you to run the file located below. Upon clicking the link below, this small file automatically downloads to your PC. It's the interface through which the technician will communicate with you and conduct remote support. The applet automatically removes itself from your PC once the technician has completed the remote support.
